College Grad Hat Mortarboard Sky Blue

  Graduation hat for men and women constructed using the original Anglo-Saxon in our specialized laboratory. The material is lightweight shiny black fabric along with original pendant tufted satin, the inside is attached by a small rubber band.

It is the classic headpieces degree, Anglo-Saxon. At Oxford was already in use in the nineteenth century and traditionally had a black or yellow gold pendant.
