Measures and Sizes
To find your hat size, measure your head circumference one centimetre above the ears.
The measurement obtained in centimetres corresponds to the European standard (EU), as shown in the table below.

In assessing the measure, consider that
1. It is better to have a slightly oversized hat than a narrow one, with a small thickness or inner seam it is easy to shrink it.
2. If you have a lot of hair you will have a higher tolerance, the hair acts as a natural "shock absorber".
3. If you have shaved hair or are bald, you will have to be more careful in calculating your size and have less tolerance, you can go from feeling "tight" to "loose" in a few millimetres.
4. Soft" hats and caps allow greater tolerance,
5. Stiff' hats and caps require more care when calculating the size. It is also useful to know the shape of your head. It can be "round" or "oval". By communicating this at the time of purchase, we can shape the hat (e.g. a handmade cylinder) before shipping it to you.
6. If you have a very round head avoid rigid hats with the brims all down, prefer hats with raised rear brims.
7. To widen a hat a little, sometimes very little is enough, slowly use your knee or the fists of your hands, you can gain even a centimetre.
8. Usually the measurements written on hats and caps are expressed in centimetres or in sizes.
centimetres: 54 55 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 64 , correspond to the head circumference measured in centimetres.
Sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL can have three types of correspondence depending on the type of product. Correspondence to centimetres will be highlighted on each product page as follows.
A: XS= 53-54 , S= 55-56 , M= 57-58 , L= 59-60 , XL= 61-62 , XXL= 63-64
B: XS= 52-53 , S= 54-55 , M= 56-57 , L= 58-59 , XL= 60-61 , XXL= 62-63
C: XS=53 , S=55 , M=57 , L=59 , XL=61 , XXL=63
