Warranties

Purchases made on our site are governed by Italian law on mail order. Products damaged. If the products you have purchased are defective or have been damaged in transport, please ask to info@cappelleriamelegari.com citing 'damaged item' in the subject of the e-mail.
When the package arrives you should open it in front of the courier to verify its integrity.
